Futures trading carries a high risk. As a futures trader, you acknowledge and agree that you access and use futures trading services at your own risk.

You fully understand the risks associated with futures trading and are fully responsible for all transactions and non-trade activities occurring in your COVEST account. Do not trade or invest in excess of your financial capabilities.

You agree to maintain the sufficient amount of cryptocurrency assets that COVEST requires to engage you in the futures transaction in your COVEST futures account. Failure to maintain sufficient amounts of assets may result in the asset being forcibly liquidated from your futures account.

COVEST may, at your sole discretion, move assets from a futures account to a spot account, or move assets from a spot account to a futures account to mitigate potential losses.

You agree to carry out all futures transactions with your account and take full responsibility for your activities. COVEST shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your inability to understand the consequences of using the Services or the risks that may result from using the Services or, in general, from using the Assets.

You agree that all investment operations performed by COVEST represent the investment intent you actually intend to make and accept the potential risks and benefits of your investment decisions.

You have read the COVEST futures Service Agreement and have agreed to use the COVEST futures Service. You are aware of these risks and confirm the use of these services.
